Punta de Mita has several surf spots with world class waves all year. but recently all Punta de Mita territory became private property so access to the beaches is very difficult and in some cases impossible.
So the only way t reach the surf spots is by boat. Accion Tropical own 3 boats that make surf trips constantly every day. Boats take off from Punta de Mita marina. |

LA LANCHA
Walking distance two miles south of el anclote beach or
10 minutes ride by boat.This breaker is good for beginners and
intermediate surfing , mellow wave´s , brake´s both
sides right´s are longer than 500 feet , sand bottom and rock´s. |

BURROS
Located sixteen miles south of Pta Mita 20 minutes by boat excellent for beginner´s and intermediate , the waves are mellow , sandy and rock button mostly right wave´s . |

EL ANCLOTE
Located in el Anclote town were ACCION TROPICAL surf rental shop
location is in Punta de Mita .Excellent beginner brake, for all family,
super long ride´s up to 800 feet , rocky bottom .Only for long boards. |

EL FARO
Five minutes ride by boat or one mile and a have walking on rock´s .
For intermediate to advance surfer´s .The longest right wave from
the area from January to May , only north swell´s reef and rock bottom
all the time. |

LA BAHIA
Boat 10 minutes ride , for all good surfers nice coral and reef .
Break any swell of the pacific , we will get a fast hallow wave ,
mostly right wave´s located at the other side of the bay .Good for
long and short boards crystalline water. |
