We use foam Boards that are special for learning. They have more flotation and stability than a regular surf board and more important are harmless for a body injury.

The lesson begins with a theory class about currents, ocean conditions and identified the waves. And navigation rules and regulations that you need to know in order to deal with other surfers in the water to prevent any type of incidents.

Then we practice some technical on dry land such paddling, crossing waves, the standing up process and the riding waves positions.

Finally we take you out, with an instructor next to you that is giving you instructions at all times and helping you sometimes if is necessary pushing you to make you easer to catch the wave.

At the end we have a briefing when all students and instructor share their experience. And the instructor gives you a qualification so you can identified your bad's and goods so you can improve your next surf session.
